| Ms Gomez I wanted to take a few minute to say thanks to Janice Schumacher, the investment counselor for Oceanview Financial Investment Service which I worked with over several months. Through her perseverance she was able to deliver what I was told to expect from negotiations between her and our mortgage company during a recent foreclosure episode. Janice worked professionally and orderly with documents provided and information given. She was sure to keep me updated on a weekly basis and never failed to do so, nor did she ever fail to return phone calls when I asked to speak to her. They have managed to help my family put our life back together by helping me save my house when I thought that I was going to lose it forever.
