Mr. Escalona, I just wanted to drop you a quick note of praise for one of your representatives. Her name is Hannel (I hope that is how you spell it and I apologize if it is spelled incorrectly) and I can do nothing but rave about the outstanding service that she provided to me in my recent struggles with my mortgage company. I have been working with Hannel since August 29th and throughout the process, she has been extremely helpful, understanding and most of all, patient.
